Gabriel was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained what my service consisted of, answered all of my questions, was clean (wore plastics over his shoes) and respected my home while showing me where and how to replace my filter. These types of employees should be rewarded as they attract more business and increase referrals.

We looked into AC mini splits a few months ago and ended up choosing Affordable Air over others because we appreciated Kenny’s expertise and authenticity. He has been out since then to check on our unit and is always friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with our choice!

Had Anthony as our technician, he was here within the estimated time making the appointment wait minimal. Once we discussed our options he helped us find the one that worked best for us within our budget. He worked quickly and explained everything he did in a very calm, patient and respectful manner. My experience was awesome. Eddie Taylor very professional. Did a wonderful job putting in my new heater and air conditioner. Very friendly and explained all they were doing. Also Kenny also was very professional and friendly explaining things to me that were happening and going to happen. Made me feel very comfortable and secure with this new purchase. Affordable air fixed my heater same day. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment same day. I actually got a call asking if my technician could come early before scheduled time of appointment. Jeremee Eiser was very knowledgeable and explained the issue to me. He was able to fix my heater within the hour. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, great service.

Our heating wasn’t pushing out the heat like it used to. Called affordable air and heating and Anthony came out the next day and gave us a quote and was very informative and helpful. Danny,Eddie, and Oscar came to install our new heater, they were all very professional and courteous. They made sure every thing was clean and back to normal upon leaving. Danny was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. Definitely will be calling them with any of our heating and air needs.

I had Affordable install a new A/C system last year and they did a great job. During later yearly routine service, their service guy Kenny R suggested adding a filter in the return vent instead of having one in the heat and air duct for improved dust, etc removal. He finished installing that yesterday and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. 👍🏼👍🏼 I will be using Affordable Air for my heating and cooling systems work from now on.
